Registration Details

REGISTRATION All Sponsors and Campers must be registered. (Church groups, not individual registration) LATE FEE Registering after 3/31 will incur a $50 late fee. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT Register by 1/31 to save $50 per Camper/Sponsor! (Standard price $400) All deposits are due by 1/31 to lock in the early bird discount. DEPOSIT A $150 deposit per Camper/Sponsor is required at the time of registration. (Early Bird registrants have until 1/31) Registration is not complete until all deposits have been received. Deposits are non-refundable. TEEN CAMP - SPONSOR/CAMPER RATIO 1:7 Must bring 1 male sponsor for every 7 male campers. Must bring 1 female sponsor for every 7 female campers. SPONSOR/CAMPER INFO Info must be submitted by 5/15. (Link to form will be emailed) PAYMENT Any remaining balances are due no later than 6/5. MISSIONS FIELD TRANSPORTATION Sponsors may be asked to transport campers to and from mission sites using their church vehicle(s). **All registration deposits and payments need to be made by check. (No additional fees)** **If you need to pay online you can request an invoice. (Additional fees will be added)**
