Policies

A $150 deposit per spot is due at the time of registration, and registration is not complete until deposits are received. If plans change and a cancellation is made prior to March 1, the deposit will be forfeited, but no additional fees will be required. Camp invoices will be sent based on the number of spots registered as of March 1st and will be due by June 5th. Please note that all spots reserved by the church as of March 1st will require full payment, even if some spots ultimately go unused. If you find that you need additional spots after March 1, we’re happy to help—additional registrations may be added with approval from S2S Camp. **All registration deposits and payments need to be made by check and mailed to 1025 Brewer Road, Ethridge, TN 38456. REGISTRATION All Sponsors and Campers must be registered. (Church groups, not individual registration) LATE FEE Registering after 3/31 will incur a $50 late fee. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT Register by 1/31 to save $50 per Camper/Sponsor! (Standard price $350) *Early bird deposits are due by 1/31 to lock in the discount. Must bring 1 female sponsor for every 5 female campers. SPONSOR CAMPER INFO Info must be submitted by 5/15.
