Registration Details

REGISTRATION All Sponsors and Campers must be registered. (Church groups, not individual registration) LATE FEE Registering after 3/31 will incur a $50 late fee. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT Register by 1/31 to save $50 per Camper/Sponsor! (Standard price $350) *Early bird deposits are due by 1/31 to lock in the discount. DEPOSIT A $150 deposit per Camper/Sponsor is required at the time of registration. (Early Bird registrants have until 1/31) Registration is not complete until all deposits have been received. Deposits are non-refundable. KIDS CAMP - SPONSOR/CAMPER RATIO 1:5 Must bring 1 male sponsor for every 5 male campers. Must bring 1 female sponsor for every 5 female campers. SPONSOR CAMPER INFO Info must be submitted by 5/15. (Link to form will be emailed) PAYMENT Any remaining balances are due no later than 6/5. **All registration deposits and payments need to be made by check. (No additional fees)** **If you need to pay online you can request an invoice. (Additional fees will be added)**
